When the hotel answers and you get the automated choices, do not select reservations. Instead, immediately hit the pound key and then press zero. An operator will answer. Ask to be connected to the “Sales Manager”. Once connected to the Sales Dept. they can take your reservation request over the phone and hold it for you with a credit card.
